The Association of Tutors
was founded in 1958
and is thus one of the longest
established organisations involved in
Independent Education in the UK.

The Association
is the only professional body
for Independent Private Tutors.

Admittance is
subject to a very
strict vetting proceedure
but this should not deter
suitable people.

The Association
is a Professional Body
not an agency
but when enquiries are received
every attempt is made
to put the enquirer in touch
with a suitable Member
and no charge is made
to either party.
